Template to use for ALL troop emails:
WHO: Who can come; age/rank restrictions
WHAT: What is the occasion? What do scouts need to pack?
WHERE:: Give the specific address of the event, with a link to google maps.
WHEN: Give the exact date and time the event starts and ends
WHY: Sell the event; what is the reason scouts should go?
Example: Expedition to Mars
WHO: Only scouts First Class and above may attend
WHAT: Our troop has been approved to do summer camp on Mars, going via rocket. Here is a Packing list. Also, bring a space suit.
WHERE: The space center is located at SR 405, Titusville, FL 32899. Here is a Maps link.
WHEN: We will meet at the Space Center at 8:00 am on June 20.
WHY: You get to go to Mars?!?!?
